so much to do, so little time!

Arch came this week and, after picking her brain A LOT, we decided that the project needs to be structured a little differently. Actually, the biggest change would be how I get trainers. I knew that it would be very difficult to find someone who speaks in English and is from around Bagar especially on the salary I was thinking of offering. So, I’m thinking about tapping into the resources that are in Jaipur and Delhi and making the trainers interns. This puts me in a whole new ballgame I need to think about marketing, orientation, training, etc.

On the curriculum front, I’ve really come a LONG way (thanks to Arch, again). I have a rubric that I want the assessment to follow, I have a better idea of the content of the course and its sequence, and I have discovered how great tables are!

In terms of marketing, I’ve been so hesitant because my plans were still wishy-washy. I’ve started making a power point and will call all the principals of my target schools. I think that a power point will help make the whole thing seem legitimate and hi-fi (my word of the week, by the way)
